The Veteran's Memorial Bridge Reconstruction is an
on-going $34
million project being completed for the New York State Department of
Transportation. The architecturally significant bridge carries over 70,000
vehicles a day across the Genesee River in Rochester, New York. The Bridge
is 971' long, 106' wide and 180' above the river at center span. The five
year project includes complete deck replacement, interior and exterior concrete
restoration, exterior granite restoration, restoration of the river gorge slopes
and replacement of interior and exterior drainage, electric and access systems.
