This Design-Build project consisted of adding two additional parking levels to the existing four story parking garage, adding 250 new parking spaces and encompassing 103,000 ft of deck area. Crane-Hogan  teamed with FRA Engineering to design and construct the added parking levels. The project also included rehabilitation of the existing facility involving miscellaneous concrete repair, joint replacement and crack sealing.
