Company History
Crane-Hogan Structural Systems, Inc. is a general construction firm that was founded in 1975 by Daniel C. Hogan and James R. Crane. C-H has grown steadily over the past 35 years, completing over 700 projects totaling over $8,000,000,000.00 in value. Crane-Hogan is a New York State Corporation that works mainly in Central and Western New York, with offices in Syracuse, New York (Branch Office) and Spencerport, New York (Main Office).

Crane-Hogan is a union firm that employs between 250 and 300 highly skilled, experienced workers annually. Crane-Hogan specializes in new construction and rehabilitation of highways, bridges, parking garages, dams, buildings and both sewer and water treatment plants. The largest project completed by Crane-Hogan to date is the removal and replacement of the O’Rorke Bascule Bridge for the County of Monroe valued at $75,000,000.

Crane-Hogan has experience in design build projects, negotiated partnering projects, as well as countless low bid projects. Crane-Hogan’s industry affiliations are with; ABCD of Western New York, ACI of New York, APWA, the Rochester Builder’s Exchange, the Genesee Transportation Council, GVCCP, GRE of Rochester, NY, and Unicon of Rochester, NY.

Crane Hogan has achieved its growth over the years by focusing on the successful, timely completion of each individual project to the complete satisfaction of the project owner.
